“I want little peace of mind and want to come out of this daily hectic routine lifestyle or difficult situation”. Yes, it is often felt by all. The first thing that comes to mind when we discuss it with someone and ask for advice is to try meditation or take a break. However, what does “taking a break” mean? What kind of meditation we understand by it? Does it like to sit at a silent place and make a distance from everyone and try to connect with yourself???
Indeed, it can be, but not always and not for everyone!
We anticipate a calm, fearless, practical, and stress-free mind as the result of meditation. Correct? Furthermore, it is not possible for each one of us to do it by spending a lot of time alone or in a peaceful setting. Sometimes few people feel connected to themselves simply by interacting with nature or doing their favorite activities, such as playing on the ground or cooking in the kitchen. Can’t it be our kind of meditation that helps us feel refreshed and connected to ourselves? If so, everyone can meditate at any time or place. We all attempt, whether consciously or unconsciously, to plan and spare some time for those things we find most satisfying or those we have added to our “to do list.”
We feel content and at ease when we engage in our favorite activities. Even though our schedules are hectic, we find it difficult to complete our “to do list,” we rarely have time to simply lie in bed, we have been working on rescheduling a few plans for a long time, we are unable to stick to eating habits , and sometimes we skip or ignore having a full plate, but we still manage to do the one thing that we love the most.It doesn’t have to be a big deal; it can be as simple as listening to your favorite song, eating your favorite dessert, or simply watching young kids or pets play with a piece of paper. That one small thing also helps one to feel fresh and relax. Not necessary that same thing can make other person feel the same as you.
Sitting in an area free of unwanted chaos and surrounded by the sound of nature can help heal your body’s invisible damage. It does the work of meditation. One can forget all of their difficulties when they listen to their favorite song, which is like “sukoon.” Watching birds or pet without having their control in our hands can makes one feel presence of purity and innocence around us. Cooking inside the kitchen can make someone feel alive and living the life with the aroma of each ingredient. Meditation helps your body slow down and relax, so you feel refreshed and able to focus on your task with a pleasant and peaceful mind.
So, once and for all, don’t bound the terms of meditation in fixed criteria, let it spread in all areas of our life without any terms and conditions! And don’t forget to check Your Type of Meditation!
